im getting a boost gauge turbo timer and a bleed valve givin to me, wanting to know...

1. what is standard boost for a stock CA (i thort 6-8psi)
2. what are other running in the way of boost for an unopened ca
3. if i go for a bigger turbo (lots of t28s for sale) do i have to get a computer or a remap, or can i "just" bolt one on

you can just bolt on any bigger turbo and it will run fine how ever the computer will be reacting to the old turbos behaviour ie fast spool up not alot of top end, remapping should give a smoother more powerful response. Stock boost I think was 6psi and in japan they ran 8psi.
Stick with 8psi when running in a CA18, thats my advice

I got a unopened CA running 18psi. But if anybody knows my car now, its not gonna be unopened for long
