what is the RPM range for this tacho? and is the mount adjustable around the body of the tacho to allow mounting it on top of the dash or under the dash without having to read the tacho upside down?

yes it dose blofly, 0-11 rpm range. and the shift light can be mounted anywhere, i.e. on top of the dash, roof..... any where, not just on the side of the tacho..

i dont know what sort of quality autometer are, i have never used any of there products but they are very popula.. yes it is a bit like the one in the picture but it looks more classy like an autometer, it is finnish in a brushed alloy looking suround/casing not cheap looking tacky plasitc looking crome. and has a genuine carbonfibre face.
