hey guys and girls. I have an A14 turbo 1200 ute (A.K.A fat14s old ute). I'm just curious on how much people think the engine and turbo gear is worth with a 5 speed gear box? I have a Ca18det engine and gear box in the shed which i may throw in one day, so i'm after a rough price peoiple think my engine package is worth? i will not be seperating any parts when the time comes.

a14 conversion
fully reconditioned head
rebuilt bottom end
Full blowthrough conversion running 10psi
GENUINE HKS inlet hat
t25
genuine webber blowthrough carby
front mount intercooler
vl fuel pump
malpassi rising rate fuel reg
big radiator
electric fan automatic switch
5 speed

Exhaust:
2 1/2" exhaust turbo back

Tyrie has a similar a14 turbo set up motor for sale now for 1000$ so hopefully that gives you an idea.
Maybe $1000-1200?

I know what it can cost to do the development to get something like this running properly, if everything is running properly, I would want at least $3000 with the box.

yeah I agree up to $3000. I wanted $2000 for mine with celica box, which is a better box (I dont know what you have but I reckon t50 is better than any datsun 5-speeds) but your turbo looks well set up! Good luck if you decide to sell

yeh i think i might but in like 4-5 months till i can save another 3 grand, so 6 grand should cover putting the ca in. I'll keep every one posted and reply to those who pm me about selling it when i get all the money
