Is there a newer model hilux with rear disc brakes you could scab, maybe surf or 4runner (dont know if they are the same diff though) There is some info in the TECH SECTION on brake upgrades if you havent already checked. Give the CASTLEMAIN ROD SHOP a call, they do allot of fabrication on just about any car and car part, if not they could put you onto someone.

4runner and surf are six stud, so will make it a pain to swap. try checking out a cressida or supra or such. they may have same housing ends. You never know, japanese cars have a lot of interchangeable parts.( Or easily modified)

The 2WD Hiluxes have the same stud pattern as Skylines which I think is 5 by 114.3. Recently I saw a Hilux with R32 GTR alloys fitted and it looked really good.
