Ok here is the deal. Right now I have a 32/36 with a highly modified intake and a Header. I also have a New rebuilt (from Italy) single DCOE 40 with intake. That I would like to run. Is the inter cooler required? Racing is not my deal but would like to give my son a run for his money(on the track of course). He has Chevy Nova with a 350 V8 that he thinks is all that and a bag of chips.

I going to have some head work done to the NOS H72 head I bought on fleebay along with the lower gear ratio third member.

Anyone wanna steer me in the right direction?

those are the S/C toyota vans that make that terrible whistling sound, just drive on the highway and listen it makes a warbling high pitched whistling.

those things have some good many miles on them already, by 100,000 miles they're going making that neat noise.

by the time you make up mounting brackets and drive pullys it might be easyer to to go turbo. I am still thinking about converting mine to turbo

yes i will admit mine is pretty noisy

an intercooler would not be needed but would be an advantage
I am not sure about the carby as mine is fuel injected but out of the two carbs you have i would go the dellorto but i think some kind of 4 barrel may be better
