wanted: an auto tailshaft from a 120y with a h150 diff, or a sunny one if it is the same length
would like it kind of near me, melbourne area is fine, as it would most likely cost a fair bit to send
need this to help the L series conversion come to an end

Have you measured one up yet mate, just so you know, your L-series might be back further than mine so watch out there, mines tight, i have about 25mm play before it bottoms out gearbox end.
How far away is your head from firewall. I left 20mm to be safe.

ill have to measure, its close but 15-20mm is about right, id go find one as the wreckers but i have no way of getting places

I have an auto tailshaft, out of 76 120y, the diff ure talking about is it cap off the back or centre comes out as im not familiar.

Fat120y, H150's centre comes out, cap off the back is borg-warner diff.

and it should have bolts holding the centre in, not studs
