ive seen them at repco
all u do is jack
the car up
put it on stands (on the body not the diff)
undo the Ubolts
jack the diff up (so it is separated form the leaves)
put lowering blocks in b/w the diff and the leaves
let diff sit down on the lowering blocks
put new U bolts in and do them up

If you happen to buy the sets that are available from ebay this is my advice as i recentley purchased and installed them.

All of what he said PLUS
The base plate that the shocky attaches to, these holes need to be drilled out to 12mm (trying to remember sizes)
Don't be suprised if the bump stop doesn't fit in under the U bolts.. mine didn't and are now absent (ssshhh )
Be sure to re-tension the bolts after a week as per instructions in package, they creak and sqeak and the back end feels like it's walking all over the place.

Hopes thats of some help.

I got my first ones from local auto shop and 2nd ones from Autobarn. Any auto store will get them in for you.

you can get low profile bumpstops or cut yours down. Chassis slappin may be cool for a little while but it gets old pretty quick!
