hey guys i cant get the bolt that holds the pulley to the crank undone tryed everything i could think of what should i do?? and if it helps its an a12

Hey this was brought up awhile ago do a search. Depending on if the engine is in or out of the car

If he's trying to get the crank out, I presume that the engine is mounted to an engine stand.

If you invert the engine on the stand & remove the sump, you can place a piece of wood between the crank & the block to prevent rotation.. Next, use a correct size socket with the longest bar you can find & apply as much pressure as it takes to loosen it.
Still no good? Put an extention pipe on the bar. Make sure that you are rotating it anti clockwise.
If that doesn't shift it, get another engine.

Good idea dodgeman or you coud use a rattle gun on it and losted it that way...it wont turn the cranks much but it will turn tha bolt out...or before you do that get a drift and hit the bolt head really hard to shok it will also work or the might gass axe :D (joking dount use the oxy)

Just get a longer and longer pole untill it comes undone.
