Ok my ute was good to go. I had followed the engineers standards from the start of the build. it came time for the report to be done and he knocks back the brakes (long story wont go into detail as I am building a nice case against the guy and dont want to start a paper trail on him) any way ordered a set of R31 brakes from DATSPORT and was told they were a straight bolt in and the only mods needed were to drill the strut mount holes at the top to 10mm. baz must have forgotten to mention that there is a differance of 5mm in the STD steering arm mounts to what I need 80mm not the STD 75mm. So the ute is sitting in the garage (once again) and is another week behind schedule. but thats part and parcel of playing with cars. This might just be an annoying winging thread but tell me a few of the things that have given you guys the $h!ts during your builds. It might just make me feel a bit better LOL

mate i feel your pain,
1.ripped off by bloke who sold me ute
2.trolley bang on brand new paint job
3.attempted break in
4.attempted break in again (fuckers don't learn)
5.carbies running too rich
6.carbies running to lean
7.Valve clearances way off casuing big problems
8. oil leak oil leak oil leak, sick of oil

so as you can see i feel your pain, mostly easy fixed, you'd be surprised what i steering wheel lock will do to a bludger trying to steal your car both security and weapon HA HA HA HA HA HA he'll never try and steal another car again!!!

any one else caught someone trying to break into their cars????
