no roun port and oval port have diferent stud pattern

An A12 round port manifold will NOT fit & work on an A15 cylinder head.

just re red your other post and relised that you said the a15 has a round port head and as dodgeman stated make sure that it is an a15 the identification should be on the flat plate behind the distributor if it is it more than likely has an a12 head on.
on another note i actualy have a round port manifold wich has the same stud pattern as the oval port i have no idea wat engine it a seris it came from
