Dont know mate, i think the ca and L series have different bolting pattern, not 100% sure though. I just used a stanza 63a with my L16.

There is also a bearing change required. Been done for me so I wouldn't know personally.

But I agree you need a CA bellhousing and a stumpy extension housing - as the stumpy bellhousing doesn't bolt up to a CA18 motor.
