I am looking at doing a further brake upgrade on my 1200 coupe - it has 4 wheels discs at present but I want to run ventilated with 4 pot's on the front.

In addition to this I also want to maintain the current 13" wheels.

Has anyone done a similar conversion or can suggest the replacement discs & calipers etc?

I've never done this so I may be way off...

on a stanza strut, vented 200b rotors (were they available vented?) with hilux/landcruiser 4-spots machined slightly to centre them over the rotor.

anyone who knows better, please correct me

I'm a 1000 boy so I'm not exactly sure. But some 1200 guys have used sunny struts, swapped left to right with Mistubishi Verada vented rotors and commodore calipers. I've also heard of rx7 4-spot calipers being used. All this fits under 13" rims. Try a search on the above componetns

tyrie what year model are the hilux/landcruiser calipers that you are talking about.
ive also herd of 10.5 inch 180sx disks and calipers but i doubt that they would fit under 13inch wheels because if they did id soon have some

Here we go .....
I am currently installing landcruiser 4 spot calipers on reversed stanza struts with s13 rotors. Not impossibe but no 5 minute job either It appears that my 13" jellybean mags will fit - maybe need a 5mm spacer - but all good. Will post pics and modifications when finished.
Cheers

I have done a Landcruiser 4 spot conversion on a c210 skyline strut and i dont think 13's will fit over the caliper. I am running FWD 14's for the offset aswell.

Seems like there is so so many options - now confused.

Regarding the 200B setup - maybe DBA would have ventilated discs to suit Staza & then it could work.

These brakes are purely for the track so I need to make sure they will handle the heat & not warp or anything crazy.

200b and stanza are solid discs.

gary hamilton managed to squeeze RX7 4spots on his 1000 sport sedan which uses 13" wheels, but don't ask me how!

easiest and best option for you would be feral's vented package using modified 240K twin spot calipers.
