GDAY. I AM AFTER A SET OF 15in PERSUIT STYLE RIMS USUALLY FOUND ON THE OLD R31 SKYLINE WITH THE 4 STUD PATTERN. THEY ARE TO GO ONTO MY 1200 UTE. EVEN IF YOU HAVE 1 OR 2 LYING AROUND I MAY BE INTERESTED

some kinda SAAB also has these style rims, in the right stud pattern

some one was selling a set a while ago and they look almost the same as the r31 spare wheel

I havent looked at SAAB, any idea what year model to look for, thanks for the info. I hunted around the wreakers up here and the only rim I could find was the spare in a skyline but the boot area was caved in around it. Scary thing is I may have to go back and get it

Those skyline spares a quite expensive for what they are down here on the Goldie, my local wreckers wanted $250 for 4 rims with no tyres, but I guess as soon as you mention datsun the price doubles. They must think we are all rich or something

Short coupe had them, here is his photo of them showing the difference between the skyline and the saab rims (I dont know which is which)

these rims i got off short coupe had been played around with. the r31s have had the centre of the rim cut out and moved to fit drum brake struts.
who ever did it were shi7 at it. they are fuked.

the saab ones are a bit suss too.

I all so have some hyundi rims too, they don't fit at all, completely wrong off set.

I searched most the wreakers around Townsville and found 1 15in "persuit" rim, it was in the boot of a SKYLINE but it had been hit in the rear and I could not get it out. So for now I have setteled for 14in SKYLINE/PINTARA steel rims. They clear the new brakes (silvia) and fit the offset of my new front setup (120y struts). Trade off is they look sad and because of the profile and new front setup it now looks like a 4WD. These are just to get me around for now till I can save up for some good MAGS.
