hey guys, i aint gonna have a spare wheel in my ute as i never travel in it so i was wondering if i can put a larger fuel tank were the old spare tire was. i was thinkin and it would put more weight in the back which my ute will benefit from.

anyone heard or done this conversion

Somewhere on here there is a thread about R31 skyline tanks going into the spare wheel space...... presumably complete with efi fuel pump ready for an engine conversion.
