I dont know about in nz or aussie but someone would have before, its always hard to find something not done before.
I'd be almost certain that they would have done it in Portugal already, they are datto rotor mad over there.

Either one of the ca or 12At will go like stink in the 1200. Good luck with which you choose.

Dunno about 12AT in a 1200, but I had one in an RX3.

They are real hard to get parts for now (especially cause every man and his dog use the injectors in other cars).

There's a 1200 ute getting around Adelaide with a 13BT in it - saw it in RPM Performance a while ago being finished.

If you have the motor already I'd say go for it!

I liked mine very much - It was pretty much stock except for a 3 inch mandrel exhaust and went like the proverbial.

They aren't intercooled from factory but it's no big drama to add that with a small mod to the plenum.

If mine went hard in an RX3, expect a big grin on yer mug in a 1200!

check your registerability before you start, then if they say cool check with an engineer to see how he wants it done. i have done it before and am doing 12a extend port right now. bit easier to register and everyone is going turbos.

Maddat do a fitting kit for the rotor motor in a 1200. As Tnp said though, they are hard to get parts for. A CA would be the logical way to go.

Cheers. Adam.

yeah i ws going to put in a bridgy but then i weighed up the cost and relised i couldnt afford it at the moment but the tunnel is now modded anyway for later on
in nsw there is not a turbo rotary engine that can be engineered in a 1200 except for a 10a
