12OOU is curently doing a five stud conversion to his CA ute. I think he is using a holden pattern though, not sure if its different to the ford or not. Photo albumThere is a link to his photo album, in some of the photos it is disscussed what he's doing. Hope that helps out a bit. Oh by the way, I reckon your extrractors are sweet.

The Dodge bolt pattern [adopted 17 years later by Ford in 1949] is a 4-1/2" PCD, the same as the Datsun one, but of course, with five studs instead of Datsun's four studs.
The early Holden pattern is 4-1/4" x 5 while the late one is larger than the Dodge pattern. [I don't remember the actual size]

i changed my ute to 5 stud. there was allot involved as i upgraded my brakes (300mm vt hsv disc, au series 3 calliper) If your interested in changing your brakes theres a place here in melbourne that make the kits, and you can pick whatever stud pattern you like!!

Some more info or some contact details would be good for that "kit". I am in a similar position, I want a 5stud to suit the VN rear I will be running. I have seen many different struts used 240k, stanza ect...... But what is best? Surely someone will know

could just whack some vn discs on the 200b or 240k struts, the go straight on just need to figure out what calipers to use
and for ford stud pattern, might be able to fit s13 struts and use skyline hubs and brakes dont know how much track increase it would give though

i dont know what hubs are on the car,i guess 200b.a few years ago i modified the hub by knocking out the the studs and re-drilled to suit ford 5 stud pattern.it was a big pain in the arse, and not really the best solution,as i had to weld some of the studs in.the problem i have is the car ran 10.4,130mph and i am getting the car andra approved, they insist the studs must come out past the wheel by at least 15mm.so im 30mm to short.so far i see my only option is to identify what my hubs are and do the same conversion again, this time using longer studs. i talked to hoppers stoppers and he told me if i have the larger stanza stub spindle he has a 5 stud hub to suit but won't sell them without rotors and calipers and i will not be able to retain the 200b brake setup.i dont really want to change the brakes i have, they work great(remember its a drag car)and they are a small, light package.my bearing supplier can supply pretty much any bearing combo i like if i know the outer case diameter and the spindle diameter,so i guess its a matter of finding a 5 stud hub off something that i can mount the 200b disc to,without changing the track width.

id be looking at skyline 200sx type hubs, but i doubt you would be able to keep the original disc as all the newer cars mount the disc infront of the hub rather than behind like the 200b hubs so they would not have the provisions to bolt the disc on behind, dont know how hard this would be to change though
so all you really need is longer studs? how will the 5 stud conversion help you with this, or is there something i missed?

yeah, basicly i do already have a 5 stud hub,and the studs just need to be longer.but it would be almost impossible to get the shorter studs out of the hub i have, because the back of the hub is not flat.it was really only ever designed to fit 4 studs from behind.i was able to re-use one of the standard hole positions but the other 4 had to be drilled, tapped and then welded from behind.it was not a fun job.so i though if i could get a hub with 5 studs already in it,i could just change them with long ones without any mods. i think my hubs may be stanza, they have the holden bearings in them.and yeah, i was thinking skyline or 180sx,200sx.i am really just trying to avoid modifying another set of stanza hubs.
