Model: MD-6XP
Manufacturer: Bend-Pak
Weight: 1198.00
--------------------------------------------------

The WEIGHT is 1198.00? That's like, half a ton & would tax a 1200 ute to carry it.
I think that it is a misprint & that number might just be the price.

Hmmm - I've been thinking about putting a hoist in my garage at home but struggle with room.

Can anyone find a shot of a car on a scissor lift from underneath.

I wonder if you could roll the engine and box underneath one of these things for easy installation.

Sounds promising - they take up a lot less room than a hoist - and you don't need as high a roof.

Might check out where they can be had in Australia.

Anyone know somewhere in Vic I could go and look at some?
