i mught be getting an A14 and i got a A12 full head gasket set in the shed, would it fit on the A14??

If it's a 'universal' A12 to A15 set, then the answer is yes, but if it's for just the A12, ... then no.

The head gasket may be made specificly for the smaller 73mm bore sizes. If so, then the fire ring may protrude into the A14's combustion chamber. [76mm bore]
The A12 uses round ports, so the manifold gasket will have round holes, while the A14 uses larger, oval ports. The A12 gasket also has some bolt holes in different locations to the A14, so even if you could make it fit, the smaller, round-port holes would 'modify' the engines performance.

This would be why the kit is listed for the A12 & not the A14/15

are all a14 and a15head gaskets the same, saw two differnt types for a15 in a catalog today. dont know the differneces.

isnt there one for the head with the water gallerys below intake ports, and another for the head without these holes??
