I have been given a brand new webber 34/32 and I'm wondering whether its worth trying to use this, maybe spending some cash getting it set up, or do I go and find a 36/32 as this seems to be the preferred Webber choice. My car is a 72 coupe and it will be a daily driver. A15 engine, 5 speed dogleg, mild cam and 2" pipe.

Advice please!
Thanks.

I'd use it. It's a better size anyways (stock is 22/27). But I wouldn't spend any money. Make your own adapter plate and linkage. The jets in it should be close enough for good driving if it is brand new.

Yep - use it. I have one of these on my A15 ute and it's a great carb (it wasn't brand new either so you have that advantage...)
