Hey there everyone. I'm having a few issues with my daily driver 1200 ute with an a12 in it. It seems to be running really cold and kind of misfiring. Almost like i've dropped a cylinder. The only thing is i've done that before to my old mazda and it was much more severe than this is. But yeah just seems to be running really spluttery.

The other thing is it's not idling at all it just cuts out. I'm not sure if this is because it's running cold or something else.

So what do you reckon? Should i just replace my plugs and points and do an overall service on it? I mean i have'nt done that in well over 10000k's. Or do you think it could be something else? Just wanted to get your opinion before i went to work on it this weekend.

Trav

Do a tune up include:-
New thermostate
New points and plugs and condensor
Check plug lead resistance an replace if needed
Check rotor button an rotor cap for build up or cracks
New fuel filter
that should cover most thing's except for the carbie which i am scard to comment on as every time i touch one i wreak it
