do i have use lead replacement in my A15 |

since i bought my A15 been using normal unleaded and sometime the higher octance petrol, just wondering is safe to use unlead cause bought my ute off a mechanic and he said it's sweet. cheers!!!

depends on the head work done to it... if its got a stock head (ie stock valves and stem seals and if the seats havent been refaced) then i would still run the LRP additive. if its had the valves replaced etc then you won't have to worry about it

dont need it in the a series apparently, have hardened valve insert already from memory. dodgeman or phunk can quote it.
Shell v power has it already in the formula, so does caltex 98 aparently. Acts as an anti knock according to some forums that talk about this stuff in hi po jap imprts. I dont belive that part of it but it is a cleaner too.
