you used to be able to buy a metal foil type spiro duct that is the right diameter for the vents from auto shops. Cant remember what it was called or how much it was ??
last time i got it you only needed one length as you could stretch it out like a 'slinky' (older folk will remember them ) the stuff is black on the outside and a silver foil inside
.... wasn't expensive from memory .....

the stuffs pretty easy to bend to shape, usually the duct will go into the outlet at the heater box and then over the demister vent. havn't ever seen any later model ute ones but all the sedan ones i've seen are round ... even 120y and 1000 ones from my vague memory ??
