yes, leave the bumpers on the car.

If you don't have bumpers, it will mean more damage when a goat walks across the road in front of your car.

do you mean front or rear bumpers?? ide leave the front but the rear looks heaps better removed if done properly imo.(by pulling them out and smoothing them over)

doesnt make any difference (same damage if some goat runs you up the ass).
but if you do have them the police wont hassle you as much (if you can convince them they are original, had to do that myself once)
