Any differance between a SR20DE auto and manual front cut

I have found a SR20DE front cut but it is an auto. Other than the box are there any major or minor things to look out for like bellhousing bolt patterns different electricals etc

I want to convert this set up to manual and put it into my 1200 ute

the loom and ECU are different coz they have to run the auto...

other than that its only small things like pedal box, flywheel etc that u dont get with the auto...

u will also get a different radiator in the auto, one with pipes in it for the transfluid to flow through.
