Hay Trav. I polished my TRX rims myself. They where pretty rough when Bought em and I spent about 3 to 4 hours per mag cleaning, grinding, painting, sanding, buffing and polishing. Its still not a perfect finish, I just cracked the
S@#TS and just got em shiney. IT SUCKED and my finger tips where worn down a little. If you can afford to get a pro to do it (dont know how much they charge though) What I did was paint inside the spokes mat black then sanded the outer face and rim lip smooth with 200 then 400 then 600 grit wet and dry. Then polished them with a proper buff wheel and roushe (wax compound) on my die grinder. Once I buffed out most of the sanding scratches I polished them by hand with autosol and a rag. They looked good but there are some minor imperfections but I dont care cause its deffinatly NOT a show car. I will post some pics if you want to see em
