thanks but i want them for drifting so that is about $500 more than i want to pay.

I would have thought that for drifting it was about 2 inches more than you would need as well.

i want to spread the thin tyre to reduced the flex of the sidewall. a little experimentation is always fun. it has been done successfully on dirt go-karts and my brother seemed to like the way that set-up felt on his malloo ute.

what tire were you looking at? Not much in a lo-pro 13 anymore unless you go for a race spec tire. 155/55 are availiable tho, maybe a little too skinny for a 7" rim tho. I have just put 13x7's on the 1000

availability is my point. they cost too much! a standard 165/70 or 65 are cheap as chips. especially if you get them at cost. what are your rims and where did you get them?

i have watanabe 8-spokes i got from sidedrought(sydney). Pics are in my gallery. I have 205/60 on the rear and 185/60 on the front. i cannot find new 185/60s (mine are 2nd hand). The smallest i could find were the 205s... and their too big really!
