has anyone tried putting a Toyota 4Y engine in a datto?

Why? there will be no power gain. No relability gain. Spares are readily available for both. No weight gain. You will just have a mongral car that people will say "why the fark did u waste your time doing that?"

simmilar to putting a 2.6 sigma motor in a 1200 coupe (the one that was on ebay a while back) i just dont see the point

2.6 litre sigma motor would go a damn sight harder than an a12.....but a 4y
why dont you go one better and put a 3k in there
