Hi Guys I have found two utes at Mt Gravatt wreckers one is a 1000 with a late 1200 motor and late 1200 brown seats basically complete less tailights and steering wheel lokks pretty good
next is a 1200 ute white in colour I thing an earlier model I will try and get a bit more info at some stage

he aslo has a mint ute grille complete with emblem (plastic price unknown)

I had a look at them today.
The green 1000 is fairly complete but im pretty sure there is some nasty #### hiding under the paint job, i wouldn't touch it with a barge pole, especially when he's asking 2500 for it and its not complete.
The white ute is also pretty average with rust in the corners of the engine bay(you can see into the cab in one spot) and a few other dodgey repairs, There seems to be a bit of bog in the sills and other areas.
I wouldn't bother with this one either as he's asking 2500 for this one as well.
Neither are being wrecked out apparently so if you want anything you will have to buy the whole car.
Neither are really worth much more than a grand.

I dont think the owner of the yard is one to bargain the said price is the price if it sells good if not it will sit and rot, pity
