what seats should i use in a 1200 ute? im getting rid of the original seats to place a custom sub/box behind them so what would still give me heaps of room in the cab? buckets, racing seats. etc, brands?

cheers, i may just pop him in the front, im pickin up my 1200 2day, so i will have a better idea of room etc then. i wanted 2 subs, but with the amount of cab space i guess there is only need for one... that orange interior with the sub facing backwards looks pretty neat

just picked the ole boy up, kinda found heaps of rust on the backend but was expecting that.will have to go with the sub in the front i think. definitely no room in the back with what im planning. chopping the tray off, not gonna worry bout fixin the rust, and just gonna bolt on a flat tray with tubs.

bolt on a flat tray with tubs?

might want to have a look at how the rear of a 1200 ute is made before thinking its that easy

there is nothing you can't do with a 9" angle grinder. we have had a look under the chassis and there is a bit of rust here and there. both back panels are bogged up and rusted to the max so it is useless keeping them. i am going for an alternative look and it will take a while, but with a bit of TLC i think it will work. and yeh, it is a little more complex than bolting on a tray, you are right about that!
