The only real difference is you need a different thrust bearing for the A14. (You get a new one when you buy a new clutch).

An A12 flywheel fits on any A series crank. So an A14 flywheel will also fit on any A series crank.

Hmmm....could mean I'm wrong?

But I have an A14 and an A12 flywheel and both fit on an A14 engine....

Did the engine have an auto behind it prior to trying to fit a manual flywheel?
