as you can read i am considering selling up the the blue rig for something a little more toned down as it is my daily driver. i love this ute to bits and would hate seeing it go but i do 5:00 starts in the morning and its not exactly the stealthiest vehicle

this ute goes absolutely brilliantly and has more power than you would believe heres a list of some the things this ute boasts;
Engine;
-A14 rebuilt about 4000k's ago.
-Balanced bottom end.
-Ported and polished head.
-Big cam (not 100% what size but supplied by engine builder JTS)
-Twin 45mm side draught weber carby's brand new when put on with anondised red ram tubes and new sox.
-Jts custom intake manifold and linkeages.
-Brand new mechanical ignition, mechanical fuel pump and alternator.
-Jts Custom 4-1, two and a quarter inch extractors.
-Custom mandrel bend exhaust and lukey sports muffler, dumped.
-Drone button clutch brand new.
-Lightened and balanced flywheel.
-Standard A12 4 speed box.
-Standard ute diff.
Suspension/Brakes;
-Disc brake front end on car before i bought it but i am told it's from sunny.
-Ball joints and tie rod ends replaced approx 1000kms ago.
-Brand new struts in the frontwith standard springs front and back.
-i just had a full new rear brake setup fitted inc. cylinders, pads etc as the old ones were leaking.
-also has had new mounts fitted to gearbox and i think engine too.
Exterior/body/wheels;
-New aftermarket front grill and fairly new front badge.
-New aftermarket front bar very straight.
-Fairly new driver and passenger side mirrors in perfect condition.
-15 inch auscar mags with approx 80%+ tread on all tyres.
-Only body damage is slight ding along bottom of front apron but i will give you a brand new aftermarket one for free (worth $100), and small dings throughout tray. Also very slight ding in bonnet but you can hardly even tell. Would be a peice of cake to knock out.
-No major rust that i have found, only slight surface rust in tray. an a little in front of the rear wheels you can feel through the paint.
-Soft cover for tray in fairly good condition. May need stronger push studs on aluminum rail at front but fits real nice and tight.
-Removable marine carpet in bottom of tray.
- Paintwork is in fair condition. A few little splits here and there but nothing major. Requires a cut and polish every 3-6 months especially if not garaged but i polished it last about 3 months ago and have garaged it since and it's still looking really good. Although it could do with a good respray.
Interior/Stereo;
-Nissan exa turbo high back seats which sit really low and give you heaps of room.
-Retrimmed dash still in perfect condition.
-near new glove box lid in good condition.
-Woodgrain steering wheel.
-New roof lining put in approx 3-4months ago.
-Sony 4x45w CD head unit with panasonic 6 inch speakers in kick panels.
-Recarpeted kick panels currently no floor carpet however i can throw in a brand new carpet kit (worth $170)
-Nissan carpet mats with blue trim.
-Original door cards.
-Only thing it really needs if you want is maybe new front windscreen as the current one is a little old and scratched and maybe some new rubbers on the doors. The current ones don't leak majorly and have seen better days.
-Air venting etc all works fine.
That is about as comprehensive as i can make it for you hey but i would rather you know everything in and out so there are no suprises. Trust me you will love driving this car with this engine. It's really smooth and makes the best sound when the webbers open up. As i said i love this ute to bits and the only reason i am considering selling is because it is more suited to someone as a hobby/extra car rather than a daily and on apprentice's wages i cant really afford 2 :) and i still want a datto ute.
it also can have a full safety certificate and is registered in QLD till May 08. mechanically it is in A1 condition and ive spent a considerable amount to ensure that however physically the paintwork etc could do with some attention. this is a tops ute and whoever takes it will NOT be disapointed!! i am only looking for $5000!!! and i really dont think this is unrealistic as a previous owner put around 4000 into the motor alone. heres some pics...
