Look at www.maddat.com.au I have Billet Aluminium adjustable camber tops with option of a thrust bearing setup.
I can also custom make adaptors for most strut combos.

or get some s13 ones and ust file out your strut top holes by 0.5mm each

Yeah, go the s13 tops. They are easy to come by and they're relatively cheap.
