At a guess I would say they are from a early 80,s mazda or ford van. With the duel wheels on the back.

For memory they had a 12 inch rim like the pix

Geez Louise, this ain't rocket science.

The wheel on the left looks to be the later 1200 type that was designed principally for a full wheel cover. It also has three raised nubs around the perimiter of the central portion to hold a hubcap, but have never seen the hubcap that these would have worn.

The wheel on the right was used on 1000's & some 1200's It uses a spot welded lug in three places to hold the dogdish hubcap in place. The dogdish hubcap was mainly used on the most basic models, like Utes, but some 1000 passenger models used it.

Looking carefully at the picture I think I can see a line around the rim where a band has been welded in.
The outside diameter of the wheel center is smaller than any available 12" rim, so it's not possible to remove the original rim & refit the center to a new wider 12" rim. I know this because I tried to get it done.

In the old days they would part the rim in a lathe so that the outer section came away. Then a band of the required width was welded in place & the outer rim welded back on. This was before mags became readily available & affordable.
This is what I did with my wife's 1000 sedan. I Had them painted body colour, then fitted some new dog dosh hubcaps that I had chromed. [The version I used came painted] I also fitted a set of stainless trim rings & a set of Bridgestones in a wider 12" size that they don't seem to make any more.
It looked GREAT

The line I can see looks like it might be the weld line that secured the outer rim to the band & if so, then this is nothing more than an old school widened wheel from a 1000 or perhaps an original [up to 1973] 1200 Ute.

Removing the tyre from this one would reveal the truth.
