im searching for someone who owns a datsun 210 2 door i need some measurements since i' m converting my 4 dr datsun 210 into a 2dr one.

B210 or B310? 2 door sedan? If you go onto the BProjects web site there is a photo of a B310 (which was sold in some markets as a 210) 2 door sedan. This car is owned by somebody in Britain, so he might be able to help you. Could you please post up a photo of the car so we can see what model it is.

How are Datsuns in Malta?

I have some measurements. 2-dr and 4-door share all the same major measurement including wheelbase. Which measurements do you need?

As far as I have been able to find out, the roof is the same between both 4 and 2 door cars. So the only things I can tell that are different would be the length of the door (it would be longer by about 4-5 inches), the side glass (both front and back), and the pillar which the door closes against will need to be moved further back. You may be able to unstich the pillar from the frame and reweld it in its new location. You would also need to find a two door shell to use the rear quarter panels from with the correct opening for the rear window.

I honestly belive it would be easier to locate a two door and put all your gear into that one.

How is the SR20 conversion coming along? it's been a while since i have heard from you, all good I hope.

so the photo u have illustrated is of my 4 door b310. now i am doing another 2 door b310 that is y i need the dimentions. if any one could give me the right lenght in metric or english i will apriciate that.

datsuns in malta are getting a little bit lack but the few remaining are in a good condition and they where really given good comments especialy for the economic a12 an a14

at the moment i shortened the original shock absorbers and put a ser of 300zx coil overs in the front and they are helping a lot in handling.

The length of B310 2-dr is exactly the same as B310 4-dr.

the lenght that i want is from pillar to pillar of a 2 dr b310 not the ovel all lenght. i knew that they r the same lenght
