is there enough rom for it to fit in between the headlight panel and the stonetray or does it need to go further back. ill be using a 450x300x76mm

450 x 300 is not to tricky to fit - I hacked up my rad support a little but fits infront of apron.

Here's some of mine, I did some cutting which is not to obvious when the grille and bumper is fitted. If I remember correctly I used Renault 5 exhaust mountings which scred right into the lugs that's welde onto the cooler. For the bottom I made a bracket which extended from the radiator craddle, and it stands on that, on top it simply bolts straight through the same part as where the bonnet catch goes.

There's no wrong or right way, it's a matter of prefference, and what you are able to do with what you've got.

I just used Aluminium L shaped bits to bolt to the bottom of the cooler and bolt to the rad support panel.

The top I just drilled holes through the top of the rad support and ran big bolts through.

Pics aren't online yet..EDIT - they are!
