do something about the standard trans tunnel, cut the top radiator support panel out to make it easy to get engine in and out. upgrade brakes suspension and diff, theres a few other things that i'll think of

Hey ben depends on where you are,

but i do no my engineer in dubbo has told me that the tunnel "MUST" over lap by 20mm all round and welded in both sides in & out when installing,

i also CANT understand why you blokes are cutting the rad support out!!!!, why dont you lift the car up abit higher....... it looks ####tttttt

Removable front ends are a good idea if you do them properly so they retain their strength and rigidity (weld nuts, overlap the metal etc).

i would just say its best to do everything properly the first time, yeah it costs more but when you got everything in pieces you might as well do everything. i was going to take some shortcuts to get it running quicker and cheaper, but its not worth it and i am happy now cos i dont have to pull it all apart again. its a pretty tight fit.
