Ahhhhh, mia culpa, I didn't read or absorb all that you had writen.
You have an older 28/36 & want to know if the specs for the 32/36 will work in it. NOW I underkastumble.

First thing, I suspect, is to determine if there is a problem with the carb as it is. With the smaller 28mm primary, it would have been intended for a smaller engine anyway, so it may well be close to the mark right out of the box for all we know.

I suggest that you fit it, drive it, then work from there. If it drives just fine, then you save yourself some grief & $$$.

I would think that the jetting [from a 32/36] would indeed be very close to the money in your 28/36. Also as a added bonus you should see an improvement in the lower driving speeds and on slight throttle as the mixture velocities on the primary throat should be faster. If its on a street car then it should be a win win situation.

I'm not 100% certain, but I think you can use DGV jets in a DCD.

I recommend you use the jets used in the B210. It should work just as well with your B110.
