Hey guys, love 1200.com, its my homepage and i spend more time on here than doing any work at work etc etc BUT i dunno about anyone else but this is getting bland as all hell.

AND... i think i know why its getting boring.
Question, answer, question, answer, same question, point to wiki or search button, post no related lame picture, flaming for years etc etc etc etc
Biggest reason i have found however is that datsun1200.com does not have a project/build section to post your shiz.

Now myself and a few other members have been discussing this quite a few times recently and i think that itd be a VEERRRYYY positive way to keep up to date on what everyones doing with their 1200's and get some ideas etc for their own rides. I mean isnt that half the reason you frequent this site so often.

This thread is just looking for support on the situation, i know there are others out there looking for the same thing as i.

I like to contribute to the datsun community which is a large part of why im even here. otherwise id just be part of the old and unsocial group of 1200 owners that although have been driving 1200's for countless years dont know the difference between a h145 and h190.

Voice ur opinion. and since dd is a mod maybe he could put it towards the bro's to add a section so as we can all rejoice in 1200 greatness.

How about an online game like the ones where you hijack cars and stuff except with a twist. You get to cruise around in your dream datsun showing up all the other makes and you get tripple points for punching the crap[ out of commodore drivers and doof doofs.

Im with Cheater lads, the 1200 site is a fountain of information for modifing or fixing your beloved 1200 but it seems as if its become a broken record after personally being on here a few years its come to perspective that its just new members asking the same questions recently new members just asked which is all well & good, we all did it as this is how we were educated into the wonderful world of Datsuns.

But we ALSO need to have a project cars forum were our fine little cars can be appreciated admired and owners advised on how to do such and such and what to use how to use etc.

I think if there is some changes that people want to be made to the site they must remember to keep it simple. As I understand, this site is maintained just as a hobby. Don't think the branco brothers have very much time to do major changes to the site. Hell, I rarely see them logging in themselves.

I like the site fine too.

This is an enthusiast site, not a brothel.

Any of us can make it more interesting with new threads. You don't have to wait for others to provide entertainment.
