I can't help but feel that $100 is a bit steep for a wheel that people have been throwing out for 30 years. It's probably why people want $100 for them. He has another one that is coupled to a steering coloumn for $150.

Yeah and $100 is the starting price... Will probably sell for around 150; most of them have.
