OK i know there's a L series powered 1200 Ute in townsville and was wondering if anyone here owns it or can put me in touch with the person who does i am thinking about doing the same conversion to my Ute and would like to have a look at how it was done PM me ya number and i will give you a call Thx

hes not from this site didnt know anybody with a l series in the ville.

theres a few stock a- series a few ca's and my turbo a series as far as i know

yeah the new owner not sure what his name is might have been Jeff at least i think he sed a Ute he might have meant a coupe or a sedan though

the new owners name is jeff or geoff cant remember how he spells it, hes a member on here (sunny). he has a few sunnys one with a bored out a15 i think its like 1.7lt and a ca powered one aswell

yer its a ute and its purple i was talking to him at ingham and the bluewater car show think he's a mate of phills that wroks at cheaper auto spares that bloke bourght it off phill so if u go and c him he might be able to put u on to him its got subs all in the back of the tray i think and he only takes it to shows and stuff

yeah I've seen the purple one and it's blown me away! well not really since all Dattos are rockets but yeah those L series haul some decent 70's ar$e!
