Howdy,
Just thought some of you guys / girls might want to see what i have done to a perfectly good, rust free 1973 p110 coupe.
And I know some of you think it is a waste of a good car.
All I can Say it that it is the most fun I have ever had in a 1200 coupe.

And if you do every thing yourself it can be cheap motor sport.
All you see here has cost less than 10 grand.

If you want to see it in action there is some footage on YouTube.

Youtube. . .

Cheers,
Geoff

Looks fantastic - very well balanced in the corners!

Do you have any adjustment on your 4 link + watts linkage?

I like how you used the original shock locations to add coilovers.

Howdy Mildman,
The entire 4 link and watts link have rod ends instead of bushes and sleeves which makes it all fully adjustable (and more expensive than it should have been)
The shocker top mounts might look "standard" in the photo, but the entire weight of the rear of the coupe now sits on the mounts and have had to be strengthened a lot. all the added bracing is inside the cabin.
Glad you like my toy. Most people think it is nuts to race something so old. Well dam them I say!
I'm older than the car and i still race.
Cheers
Geoff

great looking car, and love the cornering attitude in that last photo! similar to my effort from last year's AHC, but you got way more height!
