need to no upgrade of eng mounts!!!!!

hi people ive been told that there is a differant eng mount that are almost the same as a12 ect, i far as i no they are out of a cortina but not sure wat type any help would b good

Rb20 ones are bloody close. They are the same thickness, but have a much larger area. Although they dont fit the Xmember without minor modification to the flange upon which they seat. Also the studs are directly opposite, opposed to the slight offset of the A series mounts. So there's a need to slot the holes slightly.

Best upgrade the cortina mounts. Stock mounts are puny. Used to go through them as reguarly as underpants. 2years on the cortina mounts show no signs of failing what so ever.

those mounts are v8 rover ones about $140 a pair from rapeco i am using them in my a series turbo build....
