4 Speed to A14 HELP ???

Heres our situation. Pulled a 60 series 5 speed out of my 1200 coupe today with A14 in it. Went to bolt the 4 speed out of my old 1200 sedan in. Mmmm gearbox mounts are about half a foot away and not sure if the spline is the same as im struggling to get it in. Can anybody help please ???? Is there a 4 speed that will bolt up to the A14 and line up with my original mounts ??. In a pickle

mounts for 5 speed or 60 different to 56 a and also tail shaft may differ with some i believe.

Tail shaft fits in both had it in to avoid oil everywhere not that that worked HA HA. The gearbox mounts are about half a foot towards the motor on the 4 speed That is.

Yeah fabricated but the location That its bolted to on the box lines up with the mounts in the tunnel

Your chassis was modified to mount a 60 series gearbox but you are trying to refit a 56 or 56A gearbox. [the original 1200 type]

The 60 series 4 speed from an Aussie B310 Sunny wagon should bolt right in. Other B310 Sunny models in Australia used the A12 engine with the 56A gearbox, only the wagon used the A14 & A15 engines & these were fitted with the 60 series box.
