Im pretty sure my master cylinder is shagged,
just put new pads and cylinders and pipe to front drum brakes, have adjusted and bled the fronts but still nearly no pedal. I doubt its because i didnt bleed the back as well.

I can get a new complete master cylinder for 170$
is it worth trying to source a reconditioning kit, what is one worth?
If its around 100$ its not worth it for the trouble for the difference.

Id try re bleeding the whole system again.
Un less you can see signs of brake fluid around the master cylinder or on the inside fire wall.
