does anybody know any places that i can get cheap steering parts from, ive tried ripco and they want nearly $100 for the steering link at trade prices im also chasing the inner tie rods aswell.

I got it all through repco. Paid what they quoted. Never have to pay it again.

yeah i bought the setup from ripco last time but i was hopeing there might be somebody cheaper.

staff discount is quite rediculous, if you know someone who works there you can get stuff cheaper.

I dunno bout yous, but when i call for prices, repco are the most expensive. I try to gey my stuff from bursons. And if they dont have it, i go to auto1. And if they dont, repco it is.

Ahhh, the drag link. It connects between the pitman arm [on the steering box] & the idler arm [on the opposite chassis rail] Is that it?
Using non standard nomclamenture makes it difficult to know exactly what you mean at times.

These were impossible to get for quite a while & when they did show up they were priced much more highly that what you paid.

By comparison, $100 is a bargain.

Repco told me they didnt stock drag links....... $100.00 snap it up befor they change their mind!

hmm i need one, the one on the rallycar looks like it's twisted 180 degrees somehow..... that can not be good
