sedan ute and coupe ones are all different
so id say that a wagon one is most likely unique to a wagon

ijust had a thought - i know tht's dangerous as i shouldnt really think!! - would the fuel tank from a Pintara wagon fit the 1200 wagon? Had a thought a while back about putting a Pintara wagon fuel tank into the ute as it will fit so i've been told so i assume it should fit the 1200 wagon..interesting this discussion tho as depending on what else fits underneath i might change my wagon's fuel tank too.

Maybe i might just take the one out and try and find whats wrong with it. If i put anymore than about 12 litres in it smells of petrol and also the gauge doesnt work.
Any ideas why it would smell like petrol with over 12 litres? Hope it's not cracked!
Cheers Ed

what smells of petrol? the inside of the car? everything? crawl under it and check the lines to see if anythings leaking. or maybe the top of the tank/the float top is not sealing. Could be a few things
