I couldn't believe it either, but that's what the post said on AdventureRiders [motorcycle enthusiast] forum. A generous forum member there had an 80,000 original mile A14 and 5-speed trans from an '80 210
and put it in a farm tractor of some sort. He then found out that it did not have enough torque for the job. So he removed it and offered it up FREE in the northeast section of the motorcycle forum to the first forum member to contact him. He was only 1.5 hrs. away from me so I contacted him right away but was about an hour late! He had already promised it to an MG guy in Alabama! Without hesitation the guy drove right up here to NY and got it a couple of days later.
