You would have blown the spiders. Any H145 will work. So 1200 centers will be ok as long as their not ute.

You can swap the new bits over to your alloy housing. All you would have broken are spider gears or a axle, more likely the spiders.

You may want to look at changing ratio while your there?

Ive gotten em for free or the going rate with mates is $50 or a carton. Thats for a complete centre. If your going to a wreacker... Well if they have something you would be forking out $100s i would guess? And you dont know the cond of it! Ive yet to own a quiet H145...
