make or buy new engine mounts to fit the engine, if you use a stumpy R30 box with CA bellhousing or a CA20 non efi gearbox then you should be able to use a stanza gearbox crossmember, and will also be able to use stock stanza tailshaft if using R30 stumpy box
and the shifter should come out the stock position if its in the same place as in stanzas

should be plenty of room in the engine bay with the CA in there so i doubt that either brake or clutch master will be in the way of the plenum

well i am having trouble with my tailshaft atm i am using an r30 gearbox but i shill have to shorten my stanza tailshaft to make it suit and it getting quite annoying. i want the shifter a bit further back anyway coz its too far away

and with engine mounts i got told to use 180sx S1 mounts? but i want more info before i jus go ahead and get them
