i need some advice what is the biggest possible rear size rims that will fit on a 1200 ute without the hassel of tubbing
also the front too

hi gylezy, it is the same as for the Datsun 1200 sedan. The biggest rims you can fit are 8-inch wide, but you'd have to get custom rims or use spacers, because it would be a tight fit.

i have 17 on mine but trying to fit 18's as theirs not much of a selection in 17's. . ill let u kno how i go hahaha

I reckon 20 inch rims would easily fit, if you had some made up custom. At least on the back of a 1200.

i have 18s on my coupe but i think the arches are a little bigger on the coupes . not the easiest to fit on the front either and they r 3 piece

so dont put 18s on ur car . its personal preference . i wouldnt bag ur car or thread on the site for have 13s . if u dont like it just leave it alone . simple . i wanted something different and thats why i went 18s . all the people that have seen the car actually really like it .
